As a numbers coach , I have been following my calling since I completed my studies at the Reutlingen University of Applied Sciences in 1989.
Part of this calling is my understanding of and passion for successful companies and their figures . For cleverly structured and transparent figures that allow for clear interpretations.
Logical and analytical thinking , a holistic approach and the ability to understand the specific requirements of a company, along with the know-how I have acquired over many years, are the disciplines that characterize my approach.

Successful corporate management
International finance professional
In the first ten years after graduating, I worked as a corporate customer advisor for the Barclays Bank Group and then as a corporate treasurer and managing director for the HUGO BOSS Group. I gained extensive international experience in the process. In 2002, I became self-employed as an interim manager and took on challenging and exciting mandates. My focus is on the areas of
Cost accounting systems/controlling,
internal and external reporting,
receivables management,
Treasury.
My approaches and tasks are generally permeable to other topics and subject areas, such as IT, HR, after sales, litigation, ESG or intellectual property rights (IP).
Freelancer instead of permanent employment
It was never my intention to grow as my own company, but rather personally through my clients' projects. For me, working independently never meant preferring to work alone, but always overcoming challenges together with my clients' employees. I therefore base my working method on Reinhold Messner's style, namely: tackle difficult tasks quickly and safely with a light load, keep an eye on everything from the smallest detail to the big goal and coordinate everything, leave nothing to chance and, if possible, have an option (worked out at the same time).
